This page states the terms and conditions under which you use thewww.svfit.co.uk website.
Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this website.
www.svfit.co.uk is a trading division of Danceheaven Ltd, located at 1st floor studio B, Carliol Studio/Sunco House, Carliol Square, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6UF England which operates the www.svfit.co.uk website. www.svfit.co.uk can be contacted via our 'Contact Us' tab.

1. PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
www.svfit.co.uk can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees must be made by either PayPal, credit or debit card. www.svfit.co.uk will not accept any other form of payment.* All transactions are completed on a secure server.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times can vary usually 1-3 working days but on the odd occasion some items can take up to 14 days.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. SVFIT.CO.UK WARRANTIES
www.svfit.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
5. SVFIT.CO.UK LIMITED LIABILITY
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury www.svfit.co.uk liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. www.svfit.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if www.svfit.co.uk has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
6. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE AND GOODS
www.svfit.co.uk will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Danceheaven Ltd. Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
8. SVFIT.CO.UK CANCELLATION RIGHTS
www.svfit.co.uk reserve the right to cancel orders at any stage of the ordering and warehousing process. Svfit's contract with customers is not initiated until the goods have been dispatched. SV brand and stock contracts supersede customer contracts in regards to stock pricing and availability.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please post to the return address provided within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be unused, complete with original accessories and packaging. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
We do not pay for return postage of items that are simply unsuitable. The customer must cover return postage. For exchange returns we will send any replacement items to you free of charge. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post and are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Returned items may incur a handling and packaging fee of £3
10. REFUSAL OF GOODS
We understand that if you change your mind during delivery sometimes it is easier to refuse a package on delivery rather than accept and return however by refusing the delivery you are automatically and accept liability for the package's return which may take up to 21 working days in transit.
Please note if the package is lost or damaged on return to Svfit then we are not accountable for any charges this may cause. Loss of a refused package will result in no refund being processed.
11. FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault. We will respond to you as soon as possible to acknowledge your issue and from there will request that you send us across a few photographs of the fault.
The photographs will be sent across to our suppliers to determine the course of action.
Please note that we will not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
If the item is reported faulty and we have reached an agreement on any compensative measures in the form of a partial refund or discount then please note that the item will not be valid for any further refunds or exchanges if chosen to keep and continue to use the item that has already been noted as faulty. Failure to cooperate will deem SVFIT non-liable to any instance of refund.
On returning a faulty or incorrect item you must also email us a photograph or scan of your proof of postage so we can have that refunded to you.
Please note, we can not provide reimbursement for returns shipping since we will provide you with a prepaid label purchased from our chosen courier.
12. CANCELLATION
You can cancel or amend your order in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations however, we stipulate that cancellations and amendments can only be carried out within the initial stages of the order being processed.
Orders can only be cancelled or amended if the order is still within the shipping system. Once your order has been "picked" unfortunately we cannot process any cancellations or amendments from this stage as the shipment of your order has been arranged and is now un-editable. All relevant costs incurred including postage, handling and packaging will not be refunded.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop your transaction.
We always try to facilitate cancellations however, if a cancellation request is made outside our Customer Services hours, we cannot guarantee that it will be granted as requests are dealt with in numeric order and within our Customer Services hours therefore your order may have moved through our shipping process by this point.
13. PACKAGING
The outer SVFIT and inner brand packaging of all products sold through Boredroom.co.uk is for protection during transportation and is not replaceable if damaged. If you accept a delivery with damaged or broken packaging you will not be eligible for a refund.

14. PRIVACY POLICY
All the information you provide to www.svfit.co.uk including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. www.svfit.co.uk acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.

15. RIGHT TO ALTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The www.svfit.co.uk website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. www.svfit.co.uk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

17. NON RECEIPT OF GOODS
If you have not received your goods within 14 days of dispatch please contact us to initiate action. Any goods reported missing or not delivered within this time are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

What Information We Collect (and why we collect it!)
When you place an order or interact in other ways with the svfit website, you will probably submit some personal data, for example; your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details. We store most of this information to help us fulfill orders quickly and efficiently and to speed up repeat orders.
However, we DO NOT store any of your credit or debit card details. Your card details are encrypted using the latest technology (256-bit) when you enter them into our site and they are then transmitted directly and securely to our processing bank. At no time do we see you card details or hold them on any of our systems. This is for security reasons and to ensure your complete peace of mind.
What We Do With The Information We Collect
Basically, nothing other than the services you directly requested from us (eg: as delivering an order or tracking a parcel). If you use our community forums to interact with other users, then parts of your information is used to log you in securely. WE WILL NEVER PASS ON YOUR DETAILS TO ANY OTHER COMPANY. We hate SPAM as much as you do, and we are committed to ensuring none ever comes about as a result our our actions. We do have a monthly newsletter you are free to sign up for if you want, and if you do decide to try it out you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
How We Protect Your Data
As previously mentioned, we do not store credit or debit card data. Only your name, address and other less sensitive data is stored in our server databases. Our web servers are not stored in our building, they are located in a purpose built high security datacenter in London which benefits from 24hr security personnel as well as the standard CCTV and big big spiky fences.
Security doesn't stop there: the actual servers are locked within a caged rack within the datacenter to which only we hold the combination. Electronic entry is similarly well protected in the form of a variety of hardware and software firewalls with high security SSH being the main communication channel to the Operating System. So to sum up, your data is safe.
If You Prefer Us To Not Hold Any Information On You
If you would prefer us to delete your details from our system, we will happy do so, however by doing so you also void all product guarantees as we will be unable to find your order on our system.

Danceheaven Ltd is a leading wholesaler and distributor of premium quality pole dance and yoga fitness wear. We sell pole dance and yoga fitness wear and Accessories equipmentwholesale to retailers all over the world with a focus on the best customer service, communication, and a great range of high quality equipment.
Danceheaven Ltd Wholesale is available to retailers only. In order to qualify as a retailer you need to run a shop, an e-commerce website or a market stall. During the application process you will need to provide a valid VAT / TVA / IVA or equivalent tax identity as well as a Company Registration or equivalent number. Our standard juggling and circus range has no minimum order size. We do require that your orders are reasonably regular to maintain your wholesale status.
