How is the exchange done?

If the goods you bought doesn't fit you or you don't like it, you have 30 days of delivery to exchange it for something else or get your money back. Download the claims form, fill it in and and send it together with the goods to the following address:

We will send you the money right after we receive the goods

The claim has been taken care of, you have the money on your account or we have sent you another piece.
