  • How can I change delivery address?
    Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible and we'll issue a full refund. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact danceheaven.ltd@gmail.com where a handling fee may be incurred.
  • Can I return a product?
    If you wish to return an item for any reason, please post to the return address provided within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, complete with original accessories and packaging. All Items must be in original, resalable condition. Please firstly notify us at danceheaven.ltd@gmail.com of your intentions if you're returning the item due to a defect and we'll purchase a returns label to forward to you. You must include the following details so that we can trace your original order; The order number included in your order confirmation email if you got one. The email address used to place the order The FULL name and address of the purchaser The purchase date ***Please note: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for used. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived defective.   • Can I track my order?
